FINAL EDIT . PLEASE READ
So, after many back and forth with you people, it seems that the majority prefer the dressed version.
And at this point, I actually agree.

In comparison with the original dressed version, on this one, the clouds have almost been entirely re-designed & the hair have been adjusted.
This version, somehow, is more balanced.
Thanks a million for your support and ideas people!
You all rock!!!!!

I thought it was funny we kind of had the same concept.

In fact, when i did that one, I thought about doing a series, under water with star fish hanging out, clouds, all kind of stuff...
But I haven't!

Dude, this is embarrassing:
The fist draft was completed in about 4/ 5 hours.
i added maybe 3 more hours, and i was working slow, on and off and having good time.
really, probably a maximum of 6 hours of real work......

Wow, that's awesome. It's a really cool piece and concept, it feels kind of retro to me too, and a little Japanese. It's got a lot going for it :)
